TERMS OF SERVICE
Thank you for considering to collaborate with me. Before proceeding, please review the following Terms Of Service (TOS) prior to submitting a commission, in order to ensure the safety of both parties involved!
General:
-I reserve the right to decline any order at my discretion.
-Payment must be 100% upfront.
-The discussion regarding the matter should take place through Gmail.

-Updates on work progress will be provided, and any changes should be communicated promptly at the sketching progress of the drawing. Keep in mind that the sketch version of your requested commissions will be provided in low quality resolution.
-Final work will be delivered in requested formats (PDF, JPG, PNG) in high quality resolution.
-Completion timeframe may vary (1-3 weeks).

-No physical products involved, only mockup presentations when necessary.Copyright & Usage From Both Parties (Mine and Yours):
-You have permission to upload completed work on any website or social media platform as long as you don't resell, make profit out of it or claim it as your own.
-For graphic design works, you may make modifications if desired but please, inform me.
-Commercial use of commissioned artwork requires consent. (In certain instances, it is possible to purchase commercial rights to the commissioned artwork).
-You retain intellectual property rights.Payment:
-Payment accepted via Alpha Bank and Paypal, 100% upfront.
-Any currency accepted; correct amount calculated based on exchange rate.
-For PayPal users, please, send your payment with the "Friends and Family" option NOT for "Goods and Services".
-For Bank customers, please use the money transfer service to make your payment. There are two options depending on your location. If you are residing in Greece, please select "Within Greece" for your money transfer. If you are living in another country, please select "Abroad Greece," which allows you to transfer money to Greece from another country.Notes & Revisions:
-No fees for revisions.
-Finished works delivered via Gmail (JPG, PNG, PDF).
-I reserve copyrights but will not claim intellectual property rights.Cancellation & Refunding Policy:
-No refunds once work on commission has begun.
-Full refund if unable to start on commission.
-Full refund for canceled orders before work begins.
-Payment only after work begins.
✨ I Draw: Original Characters (O.Cs), Canon Characters (from games, movies, comics, etc.) Fan Art, Ships (Various pairings), Suggestive NSFW (No extreme content), LGBTQA+, Chibi, Monstrous/Mutant/Demonic Characters, Furries, K-POP idols.🚫 I Don't Draw: Politics, Pedophilia, Sexualization, Sexism, Rape, Racism, Homophobia, War Art, Sexual Harassment, Tracing, Religious Themes, Extreme Gore, Hateful Art, Death Art, Complicated Designs (Transformations, Complex Mechanical or Outfit Designs), Realistic Art (as it's very difficult to make a face and/or an object as realistic as it is in real life), Other art styles.
Upon successful payment, we may communicate for references. Kindly furnish me with a minimum of three character references, including background references. Please note that I only accept PNG, JPG, and PDF files. Avoid sending links to your references as they may be removed from the site or written incorrectly. It is advisable to save your preferred references as JPGS, PNGS, or PDFS to avoid any issues.
